Calling All Units is not required to play the game. However, you will not be able to take part in Calling All Units or Wild Run content if you have not purchased on the account. See here. [thecrew-game.ubisoft.com]

Yes I tried reinstalling the game

Yes I am a PS+ member and I’m running it with the latest update

Yes I have and it still runs in the trial version :/

No. I only own the full game version. There are no other versions to download

I’ve contacted Playstation Support and they said they would answer back within 24 hours. it’s been 26 now and still no reply. Thank you for trying to help btw. I don’t really understand how this happens tbh, it should just work.

Hey Red_Owl, if I am understanding right it seems like you have bought The Crew, but while trying to play it you see that the Trail version has loaded up. If this is the case, I would recommend reaching out to our support team to help you!

EDIT: Also make sure you have uninstalled the trial version of the game.

I only have the full game on Ubi Connect and nothing on Steam (until I start downloading it and then it pops up as the trial version on steam). Seems like I have a different issue so unfortunately not, but thank you nonetheless!

I can see you have been in constant communication with our support team, and it looks as though everything is being handled correctly. There must be a misunderstanding somewhere, such as multiple Ubisoft accounts, as you mentioned you redeemed the game through Ubi 30.

If you would be happy to do so, I believe adding the following images to your support case would help us —

— An image of your Ubisoft Connect library, with your username visible
— An image of your proof of purchase or game activation in Steam**
— An image of your ownership folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

I appreciate I am requesting a lot but trust me, this will help us make sense of this confusing scenario 🙂

**Click on your Steam username at the top-right corner > Account details and check both «View purchase history» and «View licenses and product key activations» for The Crew.
