В таблице патента идет перечисление органолептических свойств молочных образцов и рядом часто находятся два термина, такие как dairy и milky. В переводе оба встречаются как «молочный». Есть ли какой-нибудь еще синоним? или можно оба оставлять как «молочный»?

Насчет dairy, думаю, все ясно, а по поводу вкуса — достаточно глянуть в гугле, там полно описаний типа «характерный молочный вкус», «ярко/сильно/слабо выраженный молочный вкус», «мягкий молочный привкус» и т.п.

Не знаю, этот ли патент вы переводите — http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20130196031 — или какой-то похожий, но по крайней мере в упомянутом мной патенте сплошь и рядом упоминается «milky flavor», тогда как в отношении dairy постоянно пишут о том или ином содержании молока и его различных компонентов молока.

Milk — может означать то же самое, а может указывать и на консистенцию продукта (существует, например. соевое молоко, которое тоже milk, но не dairy)
