Международная доставка грузов и почты DHL — отзыв

Всё враки, а они зайки

Когда я дела заказ из штатов, то в оперативности DHL не сомневалась, НО ознакомившись с отзывами на этом портале поняла — попала. Сколько здесь написано о неполучении, возвращении отправителю, передержке на складе, требованиях дополнительной оплаты. В общем, страх да и только.

Заказ был сделан, отступать некуда. Ждём.

После того, как я себя накрутила, то очень переживала о том, что мне дали трек-номер только спустя 4 с половиной часа.

Следующая волна паники наступила, когда пришло сообщение о том, что

Доставка DHL Express 3221119296 от [ссылка] запланирована на 16/11/18 (без учёта сроков таможенного декларирования). Требуется подпись. Перенести доставку можно перейдя по ссылке [ссылка] Stop SMS: [ссылка]

Не особо подробно, да? Что за подпись, когда подпись? Как правило, подпись мною ставится лишь единожды при получении. Но поскольку произошли изменения в условиях доставки у магазина Shopbop, то я была готова к новинкам. Поэтому не посмотрев на электронную почту (где они все подробно описали), я сразу ринулась оставлять заявку на горячую линию. Они довольно оперативно позвонили, успокоили.

Следующий этап — это “Shipment on hold”. У некоторых с таким статусом посылка, согласно комментариям, застревала на несколько дней. Поэтому снова письма от меня. И даже звонки, на последнее, кстати, они не ответили (время — утро, 8:40 с копейками).

Уже после 9 они сами меня набрали, сообщили, что статус моей отправки поменялся, посылка у курьера — ждите.

Действительно, спустя 2 часа позвонил курьер, предупредил, что будет через 15 минут, а когда почти будет на месте — отзвонится.

На радостях я забыла взять паспорт (дело было в БЦ ), но мне вручили мою прелесть без него (попросили назвать фамилию и расписаться).

Коробочка, кстати, не DHLа, а SHOPBOPа. На ней только сверху был лист-наклейка со штрихкодом и информацией.

А вот и ради чего все «хлопоты».

Для меня общение с DHL оказалось приятным и они ответили на все мои вопросы.

Отмечу, что раньше, при таможенном оформлении просили только скан паспорта рф, сейчас ещё и ИНН. У меня был только номер с налогового уведомления(не документ). Но его приняли, чем никак не осложнили мою жизнь.

Судя по отзывам здесь и на других портала, наибольшие проблемы имеют живущие вне столицы, поэтому способным получить свою посылку в Москве (или МО) повезло больше.
