Skibidi Bop Mm Dada (spelling varies) refers to a sound effect used by YouTuber ReviewTechUSA as the intro of his videos. On January 19th, 2012, YouTuber ReviewTechUSA [1] introduced a new intro for his channel based on the clip (shown below, right). The video received over 172,000 views in eight years (largely due to meme popularity).
Starting on January 23rd, 2012, ReviewTechUSA [2] used the clip as an entry for his videos, later updating the intro animation but keeping the sound effect (2012 and 2019 videos shown below).
The exact first use of the sound effect is unconfirmed, but is presumed to be a shitpost posted by iFunny [3] user FloridianFlameGator on a December 31st, 2019. In the video, the sound effect, with the amplified explosion part, accompanies a clip of a toilet exploding from 2012 viral video «How To Unblock A Toilet.» [4] The post received over 1,300 smiles in one year (shown below).

Мем “скибид вапа)”, как можно догадаться, произошел от песни Little Big – SKIBIDI. Клип на нее вышел 5 октября 2018 года и моментально стал вирусным. А танец из видео положил начало глобальному флешмобу.
Песня Skibidi написана на английском языке. В припеве звучат непереводимые строчки, напоминающие одновременно “скуби ду” и “скрра па па”.

Именно фраза “скибиди вап-па-па” стала основной для мема. Кто придумал исказить припев песни и нарисовать танцующего человечка, точно неизвестно. Наиболее ранний вариант мема впервые появился 11 ноября в паблике “Проект моча”. Пользователь Олег Олегов опубликовал комикс с участием классических rage-фейсов, дополнив его танцующим человечком.
Через неделю комикс запостили в паблике “Абстрактный контент”, откуда, очевидно, и началось распространение мема.
5 декабря во “ВКонтакте” появилась группа “скибид вапа)”, посвященная одноименному мему. Создатели сообщества публиковали картинки с танцующим человечком в разных ситуациях. Мем также использовался для рейдов на сообщества официальных компаний, а также для троллинга обычных пользователей.
Группа была заблокирована администрацией “ВКонтакте” из-за многочисленных атак на другие сообщества. Паблик восстановили лишь 18 декабря. В честь этого админы поставили на обложку изображение феникса с лицом танцующего человечка.
Значение
Мемы “скибид вапа)” не имеют особго смысла. Чаще всего они используются для троллинга или мем-спама в комментариях “ВКонтакте”. Также танцующего человечка можно встретить в других абстрактных мемах и комиксах.
