Что значит failed to load il2cpp

Just installed the game and getting the following error: http://prntscr.com/n1nvg3

Google and forum search turns up nothing.
Verified files, rebooted, etc. I have 287 games on steam, never seen this issue before.

It’s a Unity issue (IL2CPP is a technology Unity uses to compile the game).
I admit I’m not sure what would cause this. I’ll run some searches on my side.

Could you give me a little more information on your setup?

edit: Not getting too much information on this issue. It’s a Unity issue, so it’s not something I can fix on my end (other than updating to a new version of Unity once the issue is fixed), but I did find a user that said they fixed their issue by «Installing Visual C ++ Redist 2017».

That’s probably not something a user should need to do, but it might fix the issue for someone that is getting this.

edit2: Further reading seems to suggest it’s an issue that could happen with Windows Vista, as it’s no longer fully supported by Unity. Is that per chance your OS?

Edit: I will completely uninstall, reboot, and reinstall. I only tried the steam > verify local files so far.

Edit 2: Uninstall > reboot > reinstall did not help.

Hmm, that’s certainly weird. I don’t see any red flags or anything for sure.

The only thing I can think of would be to make sure to create an exception for Fell Seal in your anti-virus settings. A fair amount of users have had various weird issues related to their anti-virus and if that issue wasn’t a problem with our engine (Unity), that would be the most likely culprit I think.

We always try to fix any issue that users find, but I’ll be perfectly honest, if the above doesn’t work, this is not an issue that I will be able to fix since it would be a Unity issue. Other than hoping a new version of it fixes the issue, I can’t think of much we could do.

If that ends up being the case, sadly, I would recommend you get a refund for now to be on the safe side.

Then, if you’re still interested in trying to get the game working, we have a free demo on Gamejolt and Itch.io (and we’ll probably bring the free demo to Steam too a bit later), so you could test the game without any monetary risk.

The next time we update our version of Unity, you could check with the free demo, and see if the issue got resolved.

Когда я билджу код с настройкой IL2CPP и ставлю галочки на ARMv7 ARM64 Выходит ошибка .

Ставлю другу Win 7 любую версию , ставиться хорошо но при подготовке параметров пишет ошибку. мол.

Проблемы ntoskrnl.exe
Думаю или на жесткий диск или на оперативку,из-за незнания обращаюсь к спецам. ОС Win8. Какие нужны.
